Calcutta Run and Cycle Sportive
Peter McVerry Trust has benefited from the amazing efforts of all those who are behind the hugely successful Calcutta Run. Organised by the Law Society of Ireland and supported by law firms and professionals for over 20 years, the event has raised an incredible €4 million to help countless homeless young people both at home and abroad through the Peter McVerry Trust, The Hope Foundation, and previously through GOAL. Over 1,300 people took part in the 2018 event, raising an incredible €300,000 to tackle homelessness.
Thanks very much to everyone who took part in the 2019 Calcutta Run on Saturday 18 May. Some 1,300 runners and over 100 cyclists participated in the event. See photos from the event in the gallery below.
