This project in Fermoy is Peter McVerry Trust’s first social housing delivery in Cork. The units were completed and new tenants moved in during early summer 2020. The apartment block has undergone significant refurbishment and upgrade works.

The project has been delivered in partnership with a private property developer and provides eight new apartments for 15 people previously on social housing waiting lists in Cork.
