Dwayne moved into his own home in Dublin city centre in November 2016 with support from Peter McVerry Trust. He was previously a resident of one of our supported temporary accommodation (STA) facilities

“It was a big change,” says Dwayne. “I can have my family over here now. When you’re in hostels you can’t do that sort of stuff.  Now that I have this place, I’m able to get my daughter and bring her over. It means everything.

“I feel at home here, this is it. I feel comfortable.”
