Our Repair and Leasing project in Ballinasloe, Co Galway saw a long-term vacant, four-bedroom property extensively renovated to provide a high-quality home for a family on the local social housing waiting list.

The property was built in 1972 and is 134Sq m. and was completed in June of 2021.

The BER was recorded as a D2 on completion.
