The Peter McVerry Trust Wexford Cycle 2022 will take place on Saturday, September 17th 2022.
Now in its 33rd year, the cycle is one of the biggest fundraising events on our calendar.
Your registration fee of €80 includes a cycling jersey & reflective armband, as well as rest and support stops, food and refreshments along the route, and transport back to Dublin after the cycle.
There are two route distances to choose from – 145km or 100km. You can see the route here.
The cycle is open to all levels of cycling ability and regardless of the distance you choose, by taking part and raising vital funds for Peter McVerry Trust, you will be supporting our work in communities all around Ireland for people who are impacted by homelessness.
If you are unable to join us on September 17th in person, why not take part in our virtual cycle. You can cycle either distance (145km or 100km) at any date in September – or over the course of the month – while raising funds for our work. Registration for the virtual cycle is also open now and costs €50. You will receive a cycling jersey, a reflective armband, as well as hints and tips on training, bike maintenance and details about how your funds make a difference to the people we work with.
Fundraising
We ask everyone who takes part in the cycle to fundraise €300 to support our work. You can set up your fundraising page online and start your fundraising today.
