This development was our first commercial to residential reuse project and our first social housing project in Westmeath. It is a high quality scheme of nine apartments, a mix of one bed and two bed units, all of which are to be allocated to people impacted by homelessness in Westmeath.

The work took three months to complete and cost €360,000. The units are secured on long term social lease of 20 years.

Peter McVerry Trust provides visiting supports to all tenants by way of our Housing With Supports.
