This project was our first Repair and Lease property delivered by Peter McVerry Trust in Limerick. It was a long term derelict house in a housing estate in Newcastle West. Following a publicity campaign in Limerick the property owner contacted us to sign up to the Repair and Lease Scheme.

The property is now the home to a family who had previously been homeless.
