This urban regeneration project is located at 88-89 North Main Street, Cork and saw Peter McVerry Trust work with the owner of a long-term vacant former bank building to create five one-bedroom apartments for use as social housing as well as the creation of a regional office for Peter McVerry Trust.
We are delighted that all of four of our projects to date in Cork City have dealt with urban regeneration and the re-use of long-term vacant and derelict buildings.
This project was supported by Cork City Council and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
