This urban regeneration project is located at 88-89 North Main Street, Cork and saw Peter McVerry Trust work with the owner of a long term vacant former bank building to create five one-bedroom apartments for use as social housing as well as the creation of a regional office for Peter McVerry Trust.
We are delighted that all of four of our projects to date (July 2021) in Cork City have dealt with urban regeneration and the re-use of long term vacant and derelict buildings.
This project was supported by Cork City Council and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
