Pim Street in Dublin City is small development of six apartments delivered by Peter McVerry Trust in 2015. The project took a derelict building and returned it to use as high quality social housing for people impacted by homelessness.
The project was made possible with the support of Saint Gobain Ireland, who in partnership with Peter McVerry Trust, secured the majority of project funds from the Paris based Saint Gobain Foundation. This was the first project in the UK and Ireland to receive funding via this global philathropic foundation.
