A Buy and Renew project, this home in Sutton, County Dublin is another example of the Peter McVerry Trust’s work in bringing long-term vacant properties back into use as high-quality, social housing.

The extent of renovations on this home saw the building’s original BER F rating elevated to BER B2, in line with the Government’s Climate Action Plan wherein 500,000 homes are to be upgraded to BER B2 by 2030.
