“Before I moved into a Peter McVerry Trust apartment I never knew what it felt like to be whole. Now I feel whole. I feel the Riva I should have always been. Before I was lucky enough to get a Peter McVerry Trust home, I never was a whole person because I never could be fully honest.”

Riva has been in and out of homelessness since she was 17. Earlier this summer, we gave her the keys to her own home in county Cork.
